This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.

To maintain the safety and quality of the experience forguests, it is necessary to register companions during the Check In process. In this case the value of the additional person will be $99,000 COP + VAT.

If the companions are not present at the time of Check In, their personal information is required to carry out Pre-Registration. If the information is not registered on time it will not be refundable.

According to Colombian law 2068 of 2020, companions can only be registered with an official document, a citizenship card for national guests and a passport for foreign guests. It is necessary to print and have the hotel registry signed by each companion and clarify to the reservation holder that when their visitor is going to leave the hotel, they must inform the Reception, otherwise this value will be charged for the rest of the nights of their stay. . and the cancellation of the charge cannot be requested.
